All handmade items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing and creation before your order ships. Larger or custom orders may require additional time.

Carriers
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the package size and destination.

Tracking Information
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Hope’s Loving Hands is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If the address is entered incorrectly and the order ships, we cannot make changes or offer refunds.

Digital Products
If digital downloads are offered, they will be delivered by email immediately after purchase. No shipping costs apply.
