At Hope’s Loving Hands, every piece is handmade with care, intention, and craftsmanship. Because of the custom nature of our crochet items, we want to ensure you feel confident and cared for with every purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us — if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

Order Issues or Defects

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or not what you expected, email us at [your email] with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and offer a solution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, work may have already begun on your handmade item, and cancellations may not be possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Because of hygiene and customization, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Crochet hats, headgear, balaclavas & wearables

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Sale items or discounted purchases

All digital downloads are final sale. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at checkout.
